Overview

Intelligence can't be stopped

G42's Progress Continues campaign needed one line strong enough to carry a whole group, and a visual world that stayed unmistakably on-brand across hundreds of AI-generated frames. The hard part was never a single image. It was control at scale.

The approach

Set one key visual built to survive every format. Cascade the master line into each operating company's own language. Generate the world with AI, then hold all of it to a single brand-true palette.

The key visual

One data-brain, built to survive every format

A geometric brain rendered in the brand palette, strong enough to carry the line on a phone screen or the side of a building.

Across the group

One conviction, in each unit's own language

The master line cascaded into every operating company, rolled out as a social set the whole group could run from.

Holding the palette

The same world, every time

The campaign lived or died on colour. AI gives you the right mood and the wrong palette. The work was forcing every generation back to the brand.

Before
Uncontrolled AI moodboard
After
Brand-controlled AI moodboard

Left, what the model gives you on its own: the right mood, the wrong colours. Right, the same moodboard after the brand palette is transferred onto it. That recolour step, held across the whole set, is the campaign.

Node-based colour-control workflow
The palette fed in as a weighted reference, so every frame recoloured itself to the campaign instead of inventing its own.
