Supercharging human capability
G42's flagship event for partners and the wider family: 2,700+ guests, global speakers including Sam Altman, and a full day on AI and the future of technology. Creative-directed from the client side, with event studio SuperCollider.
The approach
Hold one visual world across a 150-metre LED stage, the print, the wayfinding, the wearables and the menus, and use AI as the engine for that consistency at a scale a manual pipeline could not match.
Inside the room
A 150-metre LED stage and a fully immersive environment, one visual world wrapped across every surface, in front of 2,700+ guests.

A full day on AI
Panels and fireside chats on AI and the future of technology, from the main stage to the G42 On Air podcast, with global speakers including Sam Altman.
The film programme
The films that ran the room, all cut from the same visual world.
The F1 simulator
A branded racing simulator on the floor, designed in the event's visual language and built for guests to actually drive.
One world, made with AI
Most of this event's visual world was generated with AI: one treatment carried across every asset it produced, from the recognition and awards visuals to each business unit and a 29-page food menu, then culled hard and upscaled production-ready.
Six awards, one room
2,700+ attendees, and six EVCOM Live & Film Awards 2025, including Gold for Best Brand Communication Event and Gold for Innovation & Technology.
